Earlier this year, our team here at AGS were delighted to be recognised as one of three National Finalists in AMP Financial Planning’s Practice of the Year awards for 2016.

 

This award recognises a practice that has demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, operational excellence, superior client service, advice delivery and implementation.

In addition to our nomination by AMP’s regional management, and a detailed submission by AGS, an extensive client survey was conducted by The Beddoes Institute to assess client satisfaction. 

 

A significant focus for AGS in 2016 was the implementation of a whole-of-business client relationship management system, with the view to creating a brilliant client experience across our range of services.

 

AMP also noted that AGS Financial Group team members play an active role in their community, including numerous volunteering initiatives such as mentoring students for Australian Business Week. Charities supported by the practice include Cerebral Palsy Alliance, Royal Flying Doctors Service, NSW Cancer Council and the Salvation Army.

 

We are delighted to have received the award for 2016, and we strive to continually improve our client experience at every possible opportunity.
