We wanted to let you know about a small change happening behind the scenes at AGS Financial Group.
We’re moving from DocuSign to Annature for all electronic document signing from here on. Annature is an Australian e-signature provider that gives us strong security, better integration with the systems we already use, and better value, all of which help us keep your service running smoothly.
What this means for you
Very little changes on your side. You’ll review and sign documents electronically the same way you always have. When there’s something to sign, you’ll get an email with a secure link, open the document, and sign. There’s nothing to download and no new account to set up.
What stays the same
- The process. Same simple, secure steps for reviewing and signing.
- Your past documents. Anything you’ve already signed stays valid and on file.
- Your team. The same advisers, brokers and accountants are looking after you, on the same phone numbers.
The first time you receive a document through Annature, the sender will show as AGS Financial Group rather than DocuSign. So nothing legitimate lands in your spam folder, it’s worth adding Annature emails to your safe senders. If you’re ever unsure whether a request is genuine, call the office before signing.
