— Our Picton office
Part of your community
since the beginning.
Picton has been home to this practice for decades. Hartley Financial was built here by founder David Hartley, growing from the Wollondilly heartland into a fully integrated financial services firm. In September 2026, AGS Financial Group acquired Hartley Financial and Tax & Wealth, and the Picton office at Shop 2, 139 Argyle Street is now AGS's home in the Macarthur and Wollondilly region. It brings the full integrated AGS service of planning, accounting, lending and SMSF advice to a fast-growing part of south-west Sydney, with the same local team clients have trusted for years.

What Picton clients say.
Jody was so incredibly helpful and capable in procuring me a home loan at short notice. She took all my wants and needs into consideration, given the somewhat unique nature of my personal finances, all with the utmost professionalism - something I could not say for other mortgage brokers I had spoken with prior. Additionally, she would approach me with new ideas to obtain the loan I wanted, making me feel like she was problem solving my case, not just following a formula. When Jody went on leave, Sue was also excellent as my intermediary with the bank. Thank you both
Ive been with Hartley Financial for a number of years now, transitioning through a number of renewed or new mortgages and I cannot give them enough stars. They are very generous with thier time and patient for those of us who may be less financially literate. They have saved me so much time dealing with banks/legal directly on my behalf (above and beyond what they really have to do) and saved me money, reviewing my situation every year to make sure I am getting the best rates. If I could give Jean and Angela more stars I really would.
Thank you so much Jody and Sue for all of the work you put in organising our mortgage. We were able to secure a house we loved. There were hidden structural defects that were uncovered during the buying process. Jody helped to organise a valuation of the home to assist with our negotiations. Great service!
