Our North Sydney office is where AGS began. Founders Alex Berlee and Paul Bolstad commenced as financial planners in Crows Nest in 1997, and what started as a financial planning practice has grown over nearly three decades into a fully integrated firm offering financial planning, SMSF advice, accounting, mortgage broking and estate planning under one roof. Today, the North Sydney team is our largest. It's home to the specialist advisers and accountants who work with our most complex client situations.

Getting here
Located just off the Pacific Highway, one block from the Victoria Cross Metro station. Bus services stop on Pacific Highway near the Union Hotel, and on Miller Street. Metered parking is available on West Street, with Council parking in Ridge St. Online meetings are also available for clients who prefer not to travel.

How long has AGS been operating in North Sydney?
Our North Sydney office is where it all started. Founders Alex Berlee and Paul Bolstad began as financial planners in Crows Nest back in 1997, so we have been serving clients on the North Shore for nearly 30 years. It remains our head office and largest team.
Which suburbs does the North Sydney office serve?
We work with clients across the Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore, Northern Beaches and Sydney CBD — including Crows Nest, Neutral Bay, Mosman, Chatswood, Pymble, Manly, Dee Why and beyond. We also work Australia-wide via video and phone.
Is parking available near your North Sydney office?
Yes. There is metered parking on West St directly outside, and Council parking in Ridge St nearby. We are also just one block from the Victoria Cross Metro station, with bus services on Pacific Highway and Miller St. Online meetings are available if you prefer not to travel.

As our founding office and head office, North Sydney has our largest and most tenured team — including specialists across financial planning, SMSF, accounting, mortgage broking and estate planning. It is also the home of our SMSF specialist team, which has been managing self-managed super funds since the firm's earliest years.
Can I book an out-of-hours appointment at North Sydney?
We can occasionally accommodate appointments outside standard business hours, early morning or evening, by arrangement, particularly for clients balancing professional roles in the CBD or on the North Shore. Just mention when you book and we'll do our best to find a time that works. Video meetings are also available if you'd prefer not to travel.
