Peter Beck is a Director and the General Manager – Financial Planning & Mortgages at AGS Financial Group. He leads a multidisciplinary team of advisers, brokers, and client service professionals focused on delivering clear, practical, and client centred financial advice.
With more than 30 years of experience across financial planning, wealth management, and lending, Peter has been instrumental in strengthening AGS's advice framework and driving consistent growth since joining the firm in 2011. His leadership centres on accountability, high performance, and long term client outcomes.
Before AGS, Peter held senior roles across various divisions at AMP, developing deep capability in adviser development, practice management, and large scale operational leadership.
A member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and FINSIA, Peter is known for his collaborative style and practical approach to delivering holistic advice. Based in Sydney, he remains focused on ensuring AGS continues to provide trusted, long term value for individuals, families, and businesses.
