Sue Vukici and her team are still at the Hurstville office, on the same phone number you’ve always called, now backed by the wider AGS Financial Group team. Across the Board merged with AGS Financial Group in September 2025, and the two businesses now share branding on correspondence, templates and client communications while keeping the Across the Board identity intact.

What continues
Everything you’ve relied on from Across the Board stays the same:
- Your accountant. Sue continues to lead your work, backed by her Hurstville team and the wider AGS Financial Group specialists.
- Your office. The team is at Level 4, 34 Macmahon Street, Hurstville.
- Your phone number. The number you’ve called for years still reaches Sue and the team.
- Your files, arrangements and history. Existing engagements continue as normal. If something specific needs to change, we’ll contact you directly.
Sue brings 45 years of accounting experience to the group, including her work as a SMSF Accredited Specialist and SMSF Approved Auditor. Nothing about that changes.
What’s new
Being part of AGS gives Across the Board clients access to a broader team of specialists, available when you need them and not before:
- Financial Planning. Wealth creation, protection and coordinated strategy.
- Mortgage and Lending Advice. Home loans, refinancing, investment lending and SMSF loans.
- Super and Retirement Planning. Planning income, drawdowns and timing.
- Risk and Insurance Advice. Life, TPD, income protection and trauma cover.
- Wills and Estate Planning. Beneficiary strategy, binding nominations and coordination with your accounting.
- Aged Care Advice. Fee modelling, Centrelink implications and family conversations.
There’s no expectation to use any of these. If they’re helpful to you, ask Sue and she’ll introduce you to the right specialist.
Correspondence, ATO notices and newsletter emails
Since the merger, some notifications you’re used to seeing from Across the Board now come from AGS Financial Group. So nothing legitimate lands in your spam folder:
- ATO and ASIC notices relating to your affairs now come from AGS Financial Group rather than Across the Board. It’s the same team handling everything on your behalf; the source name is different.
- Newsletter and update emails also come from AGS Financial Group. If you’ve been unsubscribing thinking they’re unfamiliar, they’re the successors to the Across the Board mailings you used to receive.
If you get anything you’re not sure about, call the office and Sue or one of the team will confirm it.
Common questions
Is Sue still my accountant? Yes. Sue continues to run your work with her team from the Hurstville office, backed by the wider AGS Financial Group.
Has the phone number changed? No. Same number you’ve always called.
Do I need to do anything? No. Existing arrangements continue as normal. If anything specific needs your input, the team will contact you directly.
I received something branded AGS Financial Group that mentions me. Is that legitimate? Yes. Tax notices, ASIC correspondence, statements and newsletter emails now come from AGS rather than Across the Board, but the same team is behind them. If you’re ever unsure, call the office.
Do I have to use the additional AGS services? No. Financial planning, mortgages, insurance and the rest are available if they’re useful, but there’s no expectation to take up anything you don’t need.
Where do I drop off documents or come in for a meeting? The Hurstville office at Level 4, 34 Macmahon Street. Same door, same team.
