— Mortgage Broking in Norwest
A Hills District broker who sees the whole picture.
Most mortgage brokers focus on the loan in isolation. Our Norwest team focuses on what the loan does for your wider financial position. Because your broker, financial planner and accountant are on the same team, your lending is structured around your tax position, investment strategy and long-term goals — not just the rate on the day.
We work with a large panel of lenders and help Hills District clients with first home loans, upgrades into new builds, refinancing and investment lending. For local business owners and families upgrading in particular, having a broker who can also talk to an accountant on the same floor is a real edge.
Meet your broker at our Solent Circuit office in the Norwest Business Park, or by phone and video — whichever fits your schedule.

Lending for the Hills.
The Hills District is one of Sydney's strongest family-upgrader and new-build markets, with significant land releases, ongoing construction activity and a large base of small-business owners. Lender appetite for new construction, land valuations and self-employed serviceability all vary here — and getting the right loan against the right project matters.
From Norwest, Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills through to Castle Hill, Kellyville, Beaumont Hills and Rouse Hill, our brokers work with first home buyers, builders, upgraders and investors — in person at our Norwest Business Park office or online, whichever suits.

Where is the AGS Norwest mortgage broking office?
Suite 109, 25 Solent Circuit, Norwest — in the Norwest Business Park and easy from across the Hills District. You can call us on (02) 9899 7566 or use the directions link to head over.
What does a mortgage broker cost?
Usually nothing. Brokers are paid a commission by the lender once your loan settles, so our service is generally free to you. We're required by law to act in your best interests, and we'll always tell you upfront if any fee could apply to your circumstances.
Can you arrange a construction loan for a Hills District new build?
Yes. Construction and new-build finance is a big part of what we do for Hills District clients. We arrange progress-draw construction loans and land-and-build packages, and we coordinate the drawdowns with your builder's timeline so you're never paying for something that isn't built yet.
I run my own business — can you still get me a loan?
Yes. Self-employed lending is one of the main reasons people use a broker. We know which lenders take a sensible view of business income, BAS and add-backs, and because AGS has its own accounting team in the same office, we can present your financials exactly the way lenders need them.
